Do you need support, but can’t make it to an in-person appointment?
Whether your are a busy parent, full-time student, an adult with too many tasks on your to-do list, or just tired of sitting in traffic; telehealth video counseling (aka virtual therapy) may be a great option to consider.
Licensed to practice in Massachusetts, Connecticut, California and Florida; I offer HIPAA compliant telehealth video therapy and it is as easy as clicking on a link that I email to you. Regardless you prefer to use your smart phone, a tablet or a computer; virtual counseling sessions are easily accessible.
How does this work?
I email a link to you to complete new patient paperwork through my HIPAA compliant electronic health record. You can complete all of your intake paperwork online. You will need a good internet connection (wired, wifi or your data plan on your mobile devices) and a private space in your home or office.
You may ask, but how does that work with insurance?
Yes you can use your health insurance to cover some or much of the cost of telehealth video therapy. I am in network with United Healthcare UHC, Optum, United Medical Resources UMR, Aetna and AvMed. Of course, it is always wise to double check with your health plan because health insurance plans can vary by region and state.

*I am not in network with Medicare and Medicaid at this time.
